Another Recipe, I would like to post here today. It is easy to prepare and the food will make you happy after you have it.
Gourd With Grated Paneer (in my style again)
Take 4 big green Gourds. Peel them properly. Dont cut them, instead take out the seeds by making two holes - one at the top and one at the bottom.
Now take 50 gms of paneer. Grate them properly.
Grate two onions, grate them as well. Make a paste of ginger.
Now, heat the oil in a pan. put a bay leaf in the oil. After that add grated onion in the oil, sought it and after it gets brown, add ginger paste, a small pinch of jeera and dhania powder and mirchi powder. Sought them properly. Add a bit salt, a bit sugar. Give a pinch of termeric powder and sought it. Now, give the grated paneer in to it and sought it properly. Add few numbers of raisins in to the gravy also. You should make proper dry paste like gravy.
Now take a Gourd, and add the gravy into the Gourd through the holes you have already made. You shoud fill up all the gourds properly.
Now steam bake the Gourds for a while. After that, again heat the oil in the pan, and add the steam baked Gourds. Shallow fry it and put it in the rest of the gravy you have already. Sought them a little bit and you are done.
Serve hot with hot basmati rice.
